General
These terms and conditions describe the rules and regulations for placing an order on ONCOURT's website or via email, located at https://oncourtsport.com/ or info@oncourtsport.com. ONCOURT reserves the right to change and/or expand these general terms and conditions. When placing an order via webshop or e-mail, you agree to the general terms and conditions.
Privacy
Personal data will be stored in ONCOURT's customer base, but will not be shared with third parties so that your privacy is not compromised.
Copyright
It is not permitted to copy, publish, reproduce or otherwise use text and/or image material from the ONCOURT website without written permission. ONCOURT is forced to take legal action in the event of a violation.
Order and agreement
Orders can be placed on the website via the ordering application. All information must be completed truthfully. ONCOURT reserves the right to terminate the agreement as soon as the conditions set by ONCOURT are not met.
Prices and payment
All prices on the website are stated in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. ONCOURT is not responsible for printing errors on the website.
Purchases can be paid via the website by iDeal or credit card. Once payment is completed, the order will be initiated. If payment has not been received by ONCOURT after ... days, a payment reminder will be sent. After the reminder there are ... days to still make the payment. If payment has not been received after ... days, the order will be canceled.
Cancellation
Orders can be canceled by email to info@oncourtsport.com.
Shipping and delivery
We use PostNL and DHL for shipments (both domestic and abroad). Products are sent via a Track & Trace code. The costs for packages differ per carrier, but start from €4.50. For orders over €90.00, no shipping costs are charged in NL&BE. As soon as payment has been received in ONCOURT's bank account, the order will be shipped. A shipping confirmation will be sent by email when the order is shipped. Deliveries will take place while supplies last. If a product is no longer in stock, ONCOURT will contact you about this.
ONCOURT strives to ship the order within 1 working day.
ONCOURT will not refund money on discounted items.
Trial period/right of withdrawalIf it concerns a consumer purchase, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act (Article 7:5 of the Dutch Civil Code), you have the right to return (part of) the delivered goods within a period of 30 working days without giving any reason. This period starts when the ordered products have been delivered. If you have not returned the delivered products to ONCOURT after this period has expired, the purchase is complete. If you want to return products within 30 working days after delivery, you must report this to ONCOURT by email. Make sure you have a valid proof of postage for the return shipment. The products must be returned in the original packaging (including accessories and any associated documentation), in correct condition. When products are damaged or used, the right to cancellation expires. Taking into account what is determined in the previous sentence, ONCOURT will ensure that the purchase price is refunded to the buyer within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment. Returning the delivered items is entirely at the expense and risk of the customer.
